Anatolia and the Silk Road
bkCAMUR Home carries two distinct textile traditions, each sourced directly from where it's made — never mixed up, never mislabeled.
Rugs & Kilims
Every vintage Turkish rug we carry was handwoven — often decades ago — by artisans in Anatolia using hand-spun wool, natural dyes, and techniques passed down through generations of weavers.
Our kilim pillow covers are cut and crafted from those same antique flatwoven kilims: upcycled, sustainable, and one-of-a-kind. No two are identical. That's the point.
Suzani Textiles
Our hand-embroidered suzani pillow covers come from a different tradition altogether — the Central Asian art of silk-thread embroidery, historically stitched along the Silk Road as part of a bride's dowry.
The bold florals and hours of hand-stitching carry real history in every thread. We bring these pieces to the United States so collectors and design lovers can find them without flying to Samarkand.
